No free level.
The lowest paid tier offers Google calendar and iCloud support. Reminders and follow-ups via email and SMS. Bookings require you to approve them before they’re added to your schedule. The higher tiers allow automatic approval. Something unique to ScheduleOnce is integration with GoToMeeting and WebEx webinar services.
ScheduleOnce has different use-case scenarios such as lead generation and qualification, onboarding, recruiting, service/support and others. They offer a more “corporate-centric” set of services.

At the free tier, you’re pretty limited. You can self-schedule, and you can advertise unlimited services and appointments. That’s it. All the really good stuff is at the paid levels.
The first paid level supports one person and one location, which for many of you is enough. Besides taking payments, you have the added ability to save credit card details for later charges. You can add your own colors and branding with your logo, although you’re stuck displaying the “Powered by Acuity” label until you hit the top level. But, at the first paid level you get mail list integration with lots of the big players like MailChimp, Aweber, ConstantContact, MadMimi and ConvertKit. You can schedule group events like classes and workshops. And let’s not forget that Zapier integration too. The next paid tier adds text messaging for you and your clients.
Social Media Predictions!
The world is a big place, and social media is a vast space. So many want a piece of the pie! It is amazing what has happened since January 2016 and how accurate the predictions were.
The trends that have followed through are mostly current platforms that have started or improved their video apps. The future is video and not You Tube video but real live, this is happening right now video.
