Ever been through the pain of staff scheduling, either employees or volunteers? Then there are the phone calls if someone calls in sick or wants to trade shifts with another staffer. Ugh. Kimba treats us to Rocketium, a video creation and editing tool well-fitted to use on social media. As a bonus, she also dives into Yala, a bot for use on Slack and other platforms.
